Plant-based universal water-dilutable adhesion primer. Can be used on various substrates such as wood, stone, concrete, plastic, etc. DevoNatural Floorpaint serves as an opaque primer and can be further finished with all DevoNatural varnishes.

Substrate preparation: The substrate must be clean, dry, grease-free and dust-free.

Product preparation: After shaking and stirring well, DevoNatural Floorpaint is ready for use. DevoNatural Floorpaint can be diluted 5 to 10% with pure water. Different product numbers consumed on the same surface should be mixed together before starting, to avoid colour differences.

Application: By brush, varnish roller or airless spray. By brush or roller, first at right angles to the grain and then with the grain. Work "wet in wet" and allow application strips to flow into each other. For larger surfaces, work with several people to ensure a wet flow of the brush or roller strips everywhere. Avoid direct air flow and direct sunlight on the application area. Apply in 1 to 2 thin layers. For airless application, DevoNatural Floorpaint may be diluted 5 to 10% with water. Use a nozzle of 0.031 inch.

Drying time: After at least 30 minutes, if necessary, a second coat of DevoNatural Floorpaint can be applied.

Finishing: After about 2 hours, depending on dilution and layer thickness, apply a first coat of DevoNatural varnish, without intermediate sanding in order to avoid local sanding through. After drying of the first coat of varnish, sand lightly with 220-grit paper and apply a second coat of DevoNatural varnish.

Full curing time: 5 to 6 days. Although the floor may be walked on for about 8 hours after the last coat, it is recommended to spare the floor during the first week. It is recommended not to lay carpets or other floor covering or to walk intensively on the floor during this period. Do not clean with water or detergents during the first weeks.

Application temperature: When applying the mixed product, the temperature should not be lower than 13°C. The best results are obtained if DevoNatural Floorpaint is used at a temperature of approx. 20°C at max 85% Relative humidity.

Consumption: 12 - 15 m²/L at a wet film thickness of 75µm. Depending on application method and substrate.

Tool cleaning: Immediately after application with water.

Shelf life: 1 year in original closed packaging. Store frost-free in a cool place.
