Warranty conditions

Provided the machines are maintained and used normally, in accordance with our instructions, our machines are guaranteed for 12 months against material defects and hourly labour, from the date of purchase. 

The warranty is not valid in case of accidental damage, inappropriate use or poor maintenance.

The warranty also does not cover spare parts such as power cable, wheels, switches, carbon brushes, stroke pins, rubber parts, hoses and roller bearings.

Devomat Industries disclaims all responsibility when unauthorised persons have carried out or attempted to carry out repairs.

Should difficulties occur, the device or parts concerned must be returned for inspection. In the event of visible defects, we will repair or replace the defective parts at no charge.

Delivery and return costs for repair of the machine(s) are free of charge if this coincides with a delivery of goods.
