Periodic maintenance product for Hardwax oiled floors, based on alkyd reinforced tung-oil, linseed oil, modified soya derivatives and iso-paraffin.

DevoNatural Hardwax Oil Renewer is used as a renewer for all hardwax oiled floors. Can also be used as a final treatment after the installation of factory-finished floors, or as a second coat on DevoNatural High Solid Oil or Hardwax Oil when treating new, or refinished wooden floors.

Substrate preparation: The substrate must be clean, dry, free of grease and dust. Preferably clean first with DevoNatural Intensive Cleaner.

Product preparation: shake well before use.

Application: For local renewal (walking area), pour a littleDevoNatural Hardwax Oil Renewer onto a lint-free cloth and apply a thin layer evenly to the floor. For a complete treatment of the floor with DevoNatural Hardwax Oil Renewer, use a dry and clean applicator. Apply in strips of 60 to 80 cm, within 15 min remove the excess and buff with lint-free cotton cloths or buff with rotary machine and thick white or beige pad. If necessary, polish the entire floor one more time with thick white pad or felt pad, so that all excess oil is very well removed!

Drying time: 2 - 4 hours at 22°C and RLV 60 % Avoid all contact with water during the first 2 weeks after application of DevoNatural Hardwax Oil Renewer.

Can be walked over: after 2 to 4 hours.

Complete curing time: 7 days. Do not cover during the curing time!

Processing temperature: 15 - 22°C.

Consumption: +/- 16 m²/L.

Tool cleaning: DevoNatural Diluent.

Maintenance:

Daily maintenance: with hoover and/or dry dust wiper.

Weekly maintenance: mop with DevoNatural Hardwax Cleaner. Always use DevoNatural Hardwax Cleaner for maintenance! Certainly no household cleaners that can discolour and dull the floor!

Major maintenance and local repairs: use DevoNatural Intensive Cleaner and DevoNatural Hardwax Renewer.

Shelf life: 2 years in original closed packaging.

Attention: before use, stir well and check the colour ! Colour effect depends on the type of wood!
