Technical note: Before laying the floor, ensure that Devo Primer HE is completely dry. Only use compatible Devo Glue PU 570 2C and Devo Glue PU 650 2C two-component adhesives. Use only on porous substrates. Excessive moisture content of the substrate may lead to poor adhesion of the product.

Instructions for use

Substrate preparation: always carry out a moisture measurement first (max. permissible moisture content of cement screeds, 6 % measured with carburettor meter, 3 % for cement screeds with underfloor heating, and on anhydrite 0.5 %, also with underfloor heating). The substrate must be clean, dry, grease-free and free of loose particles. All imperfections such as cracks and fissures must be repaired beforehand by making a paste of Devo Primer HE 2C or another Devo Primer mixed with fine dry sand. Product preparation: always bring the product to room temperature of +/- 20°C before use. Mix 2 components together. 2 parts comp. A and 1 part comp. B. Mix both parts carefully with a hand blender.

Application: with brush or roller. Apply one thick even layer. Allow product to penetrate thoroughly into the surface to be treated. In order to obtain optimal adhesion of the parquet to be bonded, Devo Primer HE can be scattered with fine dry quartz sand immediately after application, working in strips of +/- 1m wide. After drying, the surface must be brushed and vacuumed to remove particles that have not adhered.

Pot life: approx. 30 min at 20°C and 55% RLV.

Drying time: 6 - 8 hours.

Bonding: after sufficient drying with the compatible Devo Glue PU 570 2C and Devo Glue PU 650 2C.

Complete curing time: 48 hours.

Processing temperature: 10 - 30 °C.

Consumption: 300-500 gr/m² or 2-3 m²/L in 1 coat.

Tool cleaning: uncured product residues with Devo PU Cleaner. After curing, only remove mechanically.

Shelf life: 1 year in original closed packaging. Store frost-free and dry.

Waste: dispose of residues and empty packaging according to local authority regulations.

Caution: mix carefully, scraping down the sides of the bucket.

Caution: the reaction of the mixture produces a lot of heat.

Caution: do not apply product when it is already hardening.
