Impregnating agent against the penetration of moisture and dirt for porous natural stone, brick, clinker, etc.

Devo Waterproof is an impregnating agent for remedying the following defects: porous and rapidly soiling natural stone floors, chemical corrosion, frost damage, lime and salt deposits and damp exterior walls. Can be applied on: all porous natural stone floors as basic treatment, and on brick/terracotta, clinker, sandstone and porous concrete. Due to emission regulations only suitable for exterior applications.

Special properties: Due to its exceptional properties, Devo Waterproof is extremely suitable as a basic treatment for any porous natural stone floor. If desired, it can be finished with DevoNatural Solid Wax or Devo Marble Soap.

Preparation of substrate: Devo Waterproof is an impregnation product, the substrate must be evenly clean and porous. Any old finishing layers should be thoroughly removed. Then clean with Devo Polymstrip or Devo Strongclean, and if necessary sand to open up the pores.

Product preparation: Devo Waterproof is ready to use.

Application: Apply undiluted and generously with a brush or sponge for small areas, atomiser for walls or wax applicator for floors. For sufficient impregnation, it is recommended to apply 2 to 3 coats, with 15 to 30 minutes between coats. Note: If Devo Waterproof is not completely absorbed on less porous surfaces, remove excess product shortly after drying. For example with Devo PU Cleaner. The moisture-proofing effect is already achieved after 4 to 6 hours. Optimal after 2 hours drying.

Can be walked over: after 4 - 6 hours.

Complete curing time: 24 hours.

Processing temperature: 10 - 25°C.

Consumption: 5 - 10 m²/L.

Tool cleaning: thinner.

Shelf life: unlimited in original closed packaging.

Composition in accordance with E.G. guidelines: Aromatic hydrocarbons > 30%.
