Devo Varnish Strip is a stripper intended to remove varnishes, oil paints, synthetic paints, multi-compound paints and certain adhesives from wooden floors, stone floors, stairs, etc. Also removes most types of paint and decorative plaster from almost all other surfaces, such as concrete, natural stone and other mineral surfaces, wood, metal including light metals and copper.

Instructions for use

Substrate preparation: remove dust and dirt from the substrate

Product preparation: the product is ready for use. Stir well.

Application: apply evenly with a brush (preferably with natural bristles, synthetic bristles may react). Devo Varnish Strip can also be sprayed airless. Use a nozzle 0.21" - 0.31" with a spray angle of 40-50°. Thanks to its unique viscosity and adhesive strength, Devo Varnish Strip does not drip off walls or ceilings. Cover up to 4 m² in one application, or 2-3 steps. Use enough product so that the layer of Devo Varnish Strip is thicker than the layer of paint to be removed. Allow the product to soak in for 20 to 30 minutes. Remove the paste with a spatula or floor scraper, for exterior applications with a high-pressure sprayer (60-90°C). For exterior walls, always work from the bottom upwards. Repeat the treatment until everything is dissolved. Then clean the surface thoroughly to remove the last residues. For floors, use a rotary machine with thick black pad. Rinse with clean water.

Avoid contact with plastics.

Processing temperature: also processable at freezing temperature. When applying in direct sunlight, ensure that the applied product does not dry out. Apply additional product if necessary. Ensure good ventilation.

Consumption: +/- 6 m²/L. Strongly depends on layer thickness to be removed, type of material and substrate.

Tool cleaning: with water.

Shelf life: 3 years in original closed packaging. Keep in a cool, frost-free place.
