Removal of cement slurry and lime residue on calcareous floors.

Purpose:removal of cement residue and lime residue on lime-resistant floors.

Application on: calciferous natural stone floors = non-acid resistant, such as marble, travertine, Burgundy leidal, terrazzo, etc.

Mechanical solution for honed and porous floors.

• Remove dust and dirt from the floor.
• Saturate the surface to be treated with water to prevent clinging of sanding.
• For corners and edges, use a small rotary hand machine. Abrade from coarse to fine with 120, 220 and 400 grit paper. Pre-sand stubborn cement residues with this machine. Sand from coarse to fine with 120/220/400 grit.
• At the end of the treatment, scrub with the Devoboy machine + white green brush + Devo Strongclean. See work schedule No. 8.
• Rinse thoroughly with the Devo rinsing and vacuuming machine.

Devo Marble Renewer application for polished floors.

• Saturate the surface to be treated with water and wash away all dirt. Remaining sand grains can cause scratches!
• If unevenness (burrs, etc.) First saturate the floor with water! Then wet sand the floor with the Devoboy machine + waterproof sanding discs. Sand with fine grains 120, 220 and 400. Clean the floor with the Devo rinsing and vacuuming machine. Please clean Devo Marble Renewer splashes on the wall immediately! Thorough rinsing of the floor is very important for the final result.
• By applying Devo Marble Renewer, you do four operations in one go: remove cement residue, clean, fill pores and polish. Procedure:Sprinkle the floor with water and sprinkle with Devo Marble Renewer powder. Max. 5 to 6 m² at one time. Then polish with the Devoboy machine + machine agitation + white pad. A yellowish cream is produced that should remain constant. Too dry: add a little water. Too wet: add powder. Per 5 to 6 m² ±20 to 25 min. Overlapping polishing. Once the water-resistant gloss has developed (to be checked with a floor squeegee), rinse thoroughly with water (Devo rinse and vacuum machine). When the surface is completely treated, mop the floor. After drying, machine polish with a dry white pad. The gloss depends on the lime content of your floor. For marble stairs, windowsills, fireplaces, corners, baseboards, walls, etc., use a small rotary machine. Use a small rotary machine. For polishing vertical parts, make Devo Marble Renewer cream in a jar. Then mix 2 parts powder with 1 part water. Apply the cream to the parts to be treated with sponge or brush and manually polish with a small thick white pad.
