Wood filler without shrinkage, based on vegetable and mineral fillers.

For filling cracks, cracks, knots and nail holes in parquet or plank floors, furniture, etc. After mixing with water, Devo Woodfill is easy to apply as a paste. Dries quickly and is perfectly over-colourable.

  • Very hard after drying;
  • Good colouring in;
  • Fine structure, also suitable for small holes;
  • Good adhesion;
  • Fast curing;
  • Good sandability.

Surface preparation: surface must be sanded, clean, dry, free of grease and dust.

Product preparation: mix 3 parts wood filler with 1 part water for application without shrinkage. For application on larger surfaces with fine seams, Devo Woodfill can be diluted with more water for easier distribution.

Application: with stainless steel spatula or jointing knife.

For open knots or holes: force the mixture of Devo Woodfill into the hole with a spatula and round off abundantly (the product has no shrinkage, but can sometimes still sag in a deep hole).

For larger areas: spread the mixture Devo Woodfill evenly over the entire surface with a wide jointing knife. Work in strips +/- 60 cm wide in S-shape movements.

Pot life: approx. 20 to 30 min.

Drying time: 30 to 120 min. depending on the quantity applied and the width of the joints. For filling knots and larger holes, allow to dry overnight.

Finishing: sand surface after complete drying. Devo Woodfill is perfectly colourable and can be finished with all DevoNatural finishing products.

Application temperature: 5 - 35°C.

Consumption: 5 - 15 m²/kg.

Tool cleaning: with water.

Shelf life: minimum 2 years in well-closed packaging. Store in a dry place.

Waste: small quantities can be disposed of together with household rubbish.
