Motor

Powerful single-phase motor with 2.5 kW output that gives the machine the necessary power to perform any sanding job. The motor requires no maintenance as the lubrication of its bearings lasts for life. The motor is housed in an aluminium chassis and air-cooled, in accordance with European Community directives.

Control knob

Very easy to reach by hand. For up-and-down movement of the roller during sanding. As the control knob can be moved with one finger, the user can hold the parquet sander with both hands while working.

Control of roller pressure

The parquet sander features a dial to infinitely combine the pressure level of the sanding roller against the floor with the different sanding grits. The greatest pressure for coarse sandpaper (turn left) and the smallest pressure for fine sandpaper (turn right).

Castors made to measure

The wheels are home-made, manufactured from top-quality materials and leave no marks. The covering is hard enough to keep the parquet sander perfectly balanced and ensure stability and steerability.

Discs and belts in poly-V

The only parquet sander in Europe with discs and belts in Poly-V. Thanks to the narrow belts and fine slots in V-shape, vibrations are drastically reduced, traces on the ground are avoided and engine start-up is made easier. This system of pulleys and belts in Poly-V eliminates the problem of slipping belts. The engine's power is maximised!

Conventional roller

The new tensioner allows the sandpaper to be centred without stopping the parquet sander. By turning the adjusting screw to the left or right, the strip is centred in seconds.

The roller has grooves that prevent heat build-up. The service life of the abrasive improves and the output per square metre is sensitively increased. The roller is electronically balanced and the rubber is perfectly straightened on the outer diameter.
