Degreasing solvent and adhesion improver for bonding on ceramic tiles. Removal of PU adhesive stains and other stubborn soiling on resistant substrates.

Improve adhesion on ceramic tiles. Dilution of Devo Primer HE. Removal of stubborn (uncured) adhesive stains, oil, etc. on resistant substrates (test first).

• Increases the tensile strength of adhesive bonding on ceramic tiles by up to 40%! ;
• Contains, unlike many other solvents, no additives that impair adhesive bonding;
• Fast-drying.

Instructions for use

Substrate preparation: before bonding parquet directly to ceramic tiles, the substrate must be clean, dry, grease-free and free of loose particles. If the floor is very dirty, greasy or scrubbed, machine scrub with Strongclean. Polish layers and polymers should first be removed with Polymstrip. If the floor is clean, it should be pre-sanded or roughened with Turbos discs P36/40. See also our general guidelines for parquet installation on various substrates and the Devo glue guide.

Product preparation: Devo PU Cleaner is ready for use.

Application: after dusting, rub the floor with a cloth soaked in Devo PU Cleaner (use enough product to prolong the drying time), if necessary manually scrub with a scrubbing brush. Do not allow to dry, remove the wet product with cloths.

Drying time: +/- 30 min, depending on the porosity of the substrate, temperature and ventilation.

Finishing: after complete drying.

Application temperature: 10 - 30 °C

Consumption: 20 - 30 m²/litre

Shelf life: at least 12 months in the original, well-closed container. Storage temperature between 5 and 25°C

Waste: dispose of residues and empty containers according to local authority regulations.

Caution: always use gloves and a gas and vapour mask. Always ensure the room is well ventilated. Use only on dry ceramic tiles. To dilute Devo Primer HE, use a dilution of max. 10%.

Caution: due to explosion hazard, never use Devo PU Cleaner with an electric machine! Extinguish/neutralise all ignition sources present in the room (e.g. extinguish pilot lights, remove electrical appliances, do not use electrical switches, etc.).
