Silk gloss/matt hard wax oil based on natural oils such as Tung oil, linseed oil, soybean oil and waxes. For all types of parquet, plank floors and other wood.

DevoNatural Hardwax Oil can be used on both commercial floors and residential floors that are heavily walked on. The product is easy to apply and massages well into open wood pores. Once dry, it forms a good sealing layer against penetrating dirt and moisture. DevoNatural Hardwax Oil can be used on all types of wood: parquet, plank floors, cork, furniture, wooden walls, etc., and also on porous stone floors such as terracotta. Due to its water resistance, it can also be applied to bathroom parquet and furniture.

Special properties: Parquet, and wood in general, remains elastic with DevoNatural Hardwax Oil, and the oil film provides increased wear and stain resistance. Maintenance products, such as cleaning soaps and renewers, keep your floor in optimal condition and significantly extend its life.

Preparation of substrate:the substrate must be sanded, clean, dry, grease-free and dedusted.

Preparation product:shake and stir well before use.

Application:Apply in 2 coats. Apply the first coat thinly with brush, applicator or cotton cloth and within 15 min remove excess and buff with lint-free cotton cloths or buff with rotary machine and thick white or beige pad. Finish in strips of 60 to 80 cm. If necessary, repolish the entire floor one more time with thick white pad or felt pad, so that all the excess oil is very well removed!

Drying time:8 - 10 hours at 22°C and RLV 60% Avoid any contact with water for the first 2 weeks after applying DevoNatural Hardwax Oil.

Finishing:after 8 to 10 hours, one can apply the 2nd coat in the same way as the first coat. Due to the waxes in the product, the surface cannot be refinished with any other products. DevoNatural Hardwax Oil does, however, lend itself perfectly as a (colored) base for a finish with DevoNatural Solid Wax.

Overloopable:after 8 to 10 hours.

Full curing time:7 days. Do not cover during the curing time!

Curing temperature:10 - 25°C.

Use: 12 - 20 m²/L per coat, depending on the type of wood, hardness and method of application.

Cleaning Tools:DevoNatural Diluent.

Maintenance:

Daily maintenance:with vacuum cleaner and/or dry dust wiper

Weekly maintenance:mop up with DevoNatural Hardwax Cleaner. Always use DevoNatural Hardwax Cleaner for maintenance! Certainly no household all-purpose cleaners that can discolor and dull the floor!

Big maintenance and local repairs:use DevoNatural Intensive Cleaner and DevoNatural Hardwax Renewer.

Please stir well before using and check the color ! Color effect depends on the type of wood!

To prevent self-ignition the used cloths and cushions should be put in water or burned immediately after use! Do not cover the oil-treated floor during the curing time!
