Marble renewer for crystallising calciferous natural stone.

Devo Marble Renewer is a marble renovator for the renovation of all calciferous natural stone floors such as: marble, travertine, bluestone, solnhofer, white stone, Burgundy leidal, Jura, etc. With Devo Marble Renewer, your floor regains its colour and natural shine, and also removes micro-scratches. The Devo Marble Renewer process is also suitable for removing cement residue on marble floors.

Technical note: Devo Marble Renewer enters into a chemical crystallisation reaction with the lime in the natural stone. The final effect therefore depends on the lime content in the stone. Sanding is sometimes necessary to open the pores and allow the stone to react optimally with Devo Marble Renewer.

Surface preparation: If the floor was treated with a protective layer, remove it first. Paint and varnish with Devo Varnish Strip. Acrylic polymers and polish with Devo Polymstrip. Polish and linseed oil with Devo Marble Clean or Devo Strongclean in high concentration with warm water. If no pre-treatment is applicable, thoroughly clean the floor with Devo Marble Clean, or Devo Strongclean. If in doubt, pre-clean the floor thoroughly with Devo Polymstrip to be sure. In case of unevenness or heavy wear, wet sand the floor with fine grit waterproof discs, successively: P120, P220 and P400. Always rinse well, residues of cleaning product may reduce the effectiveness of Devo Marble Renewer.

Product preparation: Devo Marble Renewer is ready to use.

Application: work with a maximum of 5 to 6 m² at a time following this procedure: Sprinkle the dry floor with water and sprinkle with Devo Marble Renewer powder. Then polish with rotary machine + weight + thick white pad. A yellowish cream is produced that should remain constant. Too dry: add a little water. Too wet: add powder. Per 5 to 6 m² +/- 20 to 25 minutes of overlapping polishing. After the water-resistant gloss has developed (to be checked with a floor scraper), rinse thoroughly with water. When the floor is fully treated, mop the floor. After drying, polish mechanically with a dry white pad and a dry drive plate. The gloss depends on the lime content of the floor. For marble stairs, window sills, corners, skirting boards, walls, etc, use a small polisher or manually (with gloves!). For polishing vertical surfaces, make a Devo Marble Renewer cream in a jar. Then mix 2 parts powder to 1 part water. Apply the cream with a sponge or brush. Always rinse well!

Processing temperature: 10 - 25°C.

Consumption: ± 50 gr/m².

Tool cleaning: with water.

Shelf life: unlimited in original closed packaging. Store frost-free and dry. Protect against high temperatures.
